1994    Start of stronger development of the European markets Conversion into
             a public company; product launch UZIN ÖkoLine®

2001    Commissioning of the new European logistics centre, Ulm;
             Acquisition of Pallmann GmbH & Co. KG in Munich

2002    Merger of Wolff GmbH with Uzin Utz AG

2003    Acquisition of Hch. Jordan GmbH, Würzburg

2004    Acquisition of Unipro companies in Haaksbergen, NL and Gent, BE;
             Merger of Pallmann GmbH with Hch. Jordan GmbH, Würzburg;
 
2005    Acquisition of SIGA Floor AG and change of its corporate name to 
             SIFLOOR AG

2006    All floor-covering activities are merged under the umbrella brand 
             UFLOOR Systems

2007    Acquisition of Hermann Frank GmbH & Co. KG, Flehingen.

2008    Acquisition of RZ Reinigungs-und Pflegesysteme, the Genial
             Produkte GmbH in Meckenheim (near Bonn) and 50 % der Unihem
             Gruppe in Ljubljana [SLO]
